Farm To Table Mallorca is a culinary journey nestled in the heart of Mallorca, Spain. Our farm embraces the essence of local and organic dining, offering a unique and relaxed atmosphere for discerning palates. Our menus are thoughtfully curated, evolving with the seasons and completely refreshed by seasonal products, ensuring a constantly evolving experience.

In the essence of our events lies our commitment to sustainability and supporting local farmers. Every ingredient for our four-course meal is carefully handpicked from our farm and our trusted network of friends’ farms, ensuring an unparalleled culinary experience steeped in authenticity. For instance, we use a big traditional wood-fired oven to bake all of our sourdough breads and vegetables. At the end, when the fire calms down, that’s when we bake our desserts throughout the night.

Each plate tells a story, with every ingredient nurtured with care and affection. Guiding on this culinary odyssey is Andy, a Michelin-star-trained chef, whose expertise culminates in a captivating fusion of Asian styles and flavours with the rich heritage of Mallorcan products and traditions. On top of that, we cater for all the diets and food restrictions. To complement the dishes, we offer a selection of homemade soft drinks such as kombucha, vermouth, and natural local wines.

During the summer, we offer dinner experiences every Friday. This year, due to increased demand, we’ve added an extra day on Thursdays. As we move into the fall and winter, we have exciting plans for special events featuring open fires and live cooking. Currently, we’re renovating an old barn that will serve as a venue for events during the rainy or colder months. In addition to our regular offerings, we also host private events and weddings.

Founded in 2020, Andy and his wife Gosia began farming in a small plot of land and a modest house in Bunyola, Mallorca. As they gained experience and a deeper understanding of the importance of organic cultivation, they sought to expand the farm and provide a larger space to cultivate the vision.

Our search led us to Felanitx, where we settled in a traditional Mallorcan farmhouse, reflecting our dedication to preserving the island’s heritage while embracing sustainable agricultural methods. Every aspect of our farmland has been built by hand, ensuring that our environment aligns with our organic principles from the very beginning.

In our farming practices lies a profound respect for nature and a commitment to working in harmony with the land. We adhere strictly to organic farming methods, forgoing the use of harmful chemicals and pesticides in favour of nurturing biodiversity and promoting the natural balance of ecosystems. Our crops thrive under these conditions, yielding produce that is pure, wholesome, and free from artificial interventions.

From planting to harvesting, we take a hands-on approach, minimising the use of machinery and embracing traditional Mallorcan farming techniques. By tending to our crops personally, we foster a deeper connection with the land and ensure the utmost care in every step of the cultivation process. Additionally, our farm extends beyond vegetable cultivation, encompassing vibrant flowers and a cherished flock of chickens and ducks, each contributing to the rich tapestry of our agricultural landscape.

And now that we have expanded our farm, we also have a larger team. What began as a family business, with our close-knit family assisting in building the farm, has grown into a more extensive project. We take great pride in constructing everything from the ground up, and we are passionate about sharing our knowledge with others.

Recently, we’ve seen a growing interest in our wedding services, which has led us to introduce a very special kind of wedding experience – one that’s intimate, heartwarming, and filled with family vibes. Our farm is an embodiment of authenticity and rustic charm. We shy away from flashy decorations, preferring to keep things down-to-earth and focused on creating genuine connections with our guests. Our aim is to make it laid-back and unforgettable, marked by the simple joys of life. Serving real food – all organic and locally sourced – to nourish both souls and bodies.
