What does Mallorca mean to you?
Mallorca means opportunity, silence, humility and new beginnings to me. I came to this island four years ago and it has given me the joy of being myself, finding my own voice and the ways to express and share it.

What are your favorite places on the island?
Puig de Randa, one of the many mystical places on the island.
The Caves of Portals Vells to meditate in silence.
Cala Tuent for the special combination of sea and mountains.
El Pla de Mallorca and its changing landscape with the seasons.
Puerto Cristo and Port of Sóller

What places do you recommend to friends who visit the island?

Café Mama Carmen https://mamacarmen.es/
Sineu market on Wednesdays
The Consell market on Sunday mornings to find antiques
Santa Catalina Market
Can Garanya in Manacor, decoration, furniture and 100% Mallorcan crafts

What inspires you here?
What inspires me the most is nature, the strength and subtlety of this island. The mountain with pine forests that reach to the seashore. The pink of the land, the atmosphere of the seasons. An island of time without time, eternal and ever changing.

Where can we practice with you live?
At The Healthy Hub by Sadhana Works, a space created to make you feel at home from the first moment. A place where we accompany you to discover your maximum potential so that you can live a healthy life, with a clear mind and a wide open heart.

Anything else you want to share with us?
I am convinced, more than ever, that it is a responsibility to become the best version of ourselves. If each of us works to achieve this, together we can build a more sustainable, more compassionate, healthier and happier world. That is my commitment and I dedicate my life to it.
