Sitting proudly on a hillside, this manor house was once the residence of noted General Jaime Garau de Montaner. After completion in 1922 the building was modeled after Cuban Art Deco architecture with a central tower and a stately balcony.

Though totally refurbished in 2018, the integrity and old world ambience remain, visible in details like the impressive marble entrance stairs, pattern tiled floors and manor – like ceilings.

The true heart of the house is the large kitchen. With a sense of ’20s-era coziness this perfectly equipped kitchen with high-end appliances is a culinary-lovers’ dream; It can set the stage for a most sophisticated soiree.

Open to the adjoining living space the space has the ideal layout for entertaining. It offers easy traffic flow for guests to meander and mingle throughout the kitchen and multiple cooks working side by side.

The center island provides a generous amount of countertop surface to display the most delectable buffet. The full metal, industrial-inspired masterpiece exudes a traditional charm (in keeping with its environment) whilst maintaining a serious next-big-thing appeal. Your party guests will be forever impressed!

Treat the villa as a hideaway and spend your stay luxuriating by the black tiled heated lappool with underwater music. Enjoy enchanting days and nights in the Mediterranean light and breeze. Savor the terraced garden from the shaded outdoor kitchen with charcoal BBQ. There’s room for everyone to enjoy the views with their meal at the alfresco dining table under a grove of pine and olive trees. After dinner, head to the home theatre for a movie night with the family or head out for a night downtown.
