Organic Coffee roasted in Palma de Mallorca

Mistral Coffee Roasters is the first coffee roaster in Palma that brings the best organic coffee from all the regions of the world to the island; and toast it here, in Mallorca. They supply cafeterias, hotels and restaurants or people who want to enjoy this coffee specialities at home. To be able to try all the varieties they have, you can also come to the store and enjoy a cup of amazing coffee.
Open Monday through Friday from 10 am to 6 pm, Saturdays: 10 am to 2 pm, Sundays closed.
They also offer training courses for baristas in the roastery and will be hosting events in the evening.
