Created in 2016 by Ruth and Eran, it brings the flavours of their travelling years and their different cultural backgrounds together with their love of Mallorca and commitment to honest, sustainable food.
Together with the passionate and talented international team, they run Santosha and continue to evolve. From sourcing ingredients to preparing, cooking, serving and cleaning, the whole team is involved and share their creative input. The commitment on having a healthy and enjoyable work life is central.Â
Located in a beautiful old building on a small side street in the heart of Palma, Santosha is a harmonious fusion of cuisine and culture.
The style here is fresh, eclectic and down to earth. The interior is big, yet intimate and versatile as it’s spreads over several rooms. It includes a small interior patio and a cosy, private cinema room, making it perfect for small and large parties or private events.  Â
By day, it’s perfect for a quick, healthy lunch, a coffee and homemade cake or a big hearty brunch with the whole family. The menu is varied with international influences, the food is fresh, creative and cooked to order.
The dinner menu is small and changes frequently with the availability of local products, though always using lots of fresh herbs, vibrant flavours and featuring vegetarian or vegan options alongside free-range meat and sustainably sourced fish. All accompanied by a selection of stunning local organic wines.
