Vegan and Organic food in Palma – made with love

Hi Mallorcalma,

Thank you for giving us the opportunity to expand the world of cooking, in this case vegan and homemade with mostly local and organic products.

VA DE BO Bio Bar was born in October 2014 where you can taste: Rices, Pasta, Vegan potato omelette, raw vegan patés, Coca broccoli, Pesto burgers, falafel, lentils, vegetables, spinach. Croquettes of vegetables.

To accompany the food we have organic Mallorca wines, organic craft beer and fresh smoothies and juices. Finally and most interestingly, we offer diners and for everyone who visits us there is a “dessert for the soul” (music a la carte) – nothing better than the delight of listening to live piano. Often Joan plays his own pieces, once he is finishied in the kitchen.
